Genital & Anal fondling in hot tub

by fillmein, Jul 01, 2009 12:52PM
I visited a health spa two days ago that includes a men's only section for hot tubs, massage pools and saunas.  No clothes are worn and all guests are required to and do shower before entering.  All of the water is chlorinized (blue).  I had a breif encounter with a man while in the hot tub.  He placed my hand on his genitals and I stroked the shaft of his penis for about 20 seconds.  He rubbed my crotch then rubbed and pressed against my anus with his finger (seemingly trying to enter) for a couple seconds.  His finger nail scratched a little.  I stopped the situation and nothing else occurred.  I have some feeling of irritation on my anus.  I've had HSV-2 for many years.  Has this incident put me at risk for any STD or other type of infection?

The exposure you describe is mutual masturbation which is safe sex and does not carry any risk for HIV or any other STD.  That it occurred in a chlorinated hot tub makes it even less risky, if that is possible (since it was a no risk exposure to start with).  You do not need testing and have no reason for concern.

Hope this comment helps.  EWH

Thank you for your expedited response.  This puts me at ease.  Would I be correct to say that the minor discomfort to my anus is from a mild superficial trauma?  Thank you for your service.
