Genital rubbing

Hi,

I am very worried about an incident happened today. I had penis - vagina rubbing today with a lady whom I didn't know much in the past. I didn't have any penetrative sex. I was wearing my underwear and a thermal-wear on top of it. Similarly the lady was wearing her underwear and a thermal on top of it.

The main reason I am so worried is, I already have broken skin closer to the tip of my penis due to excessive masturbation. This area on penis is sore with little cracky or broken skin closer to the tip of penis. I had observed semen coming from my penis during this genital rubbing. I am very worried if there was any exchange of semen or blood during this 1-2 min genital rubbing with the lady. I don't know if the lady had any fluids on her genital area during this incident. There are total 4 layers of clothing between, but I am worried whether there was any exchange of fluids like semen, blood etc.. which might result in possible HIV exposure.

Please let me know your thoughts.

Thanks

Thanks Ricky and RainLover. I have one more question if you don't mind -

Are these symptoms sound like herpes? If you go through this case, I didn't have skin-skin contact since both me and the lady are covered with underwears and thermal on both bodies.

But over the last 12 days -

1) I had intermittent fever and feeling of unwellness for 5 days

2) Around 6-8 rashes on left thigh which were neither painful nor itchy. they were fluid filled and red color on day 1. They were are all gone in approx 1 week time.

3) Had loose stools for around 3 days.

Please let me know if this sounds like herpes. Much appreciate your help.

Thanks

You had no HIV risk, so they're not caused by HIV.

Thanks for your response. This incident happened on Dec 30th.
I was happy looking at your response. But, I am experiencing fever from Jan 5th. It's like a mild fever but making me worried about it again.
I had loose stools for a couple of days and then again yesterday.

I didn't have any penetrative vaginal or anal sex. Once again to confirm you, I was covered with underwear and thermal. The lady was also covered with underwear and thermal. But I am very confused why am I experiencing this fever from thursday.

Also, what I observed over the months is I am allergic to lactose and that might be the reason for loose stools since I had milk couple of days .

I got couple of ***** red rashes on my left thigh. One was gone in 3 days and the other in less than a week.

Please let me know your opinion if this is HIV related or caught up with  some winter flu

Thanks
