guys im really scared because i had unprotected oral and vaginal sex with a woman last saturday and started going crazy the next couple days and had a swollen lymph node in my neck on thursday,, and now its been 2 weeks and i have a sore throat and pain in my chest,,could i have hiv

I know exactly what I'm telling you like you've been told before. You can never diagnose HIV by symptoms.  If you are having chest pains see your doctor or ER it has nothing to do with HIV.
