Going down a woman a risk?

I'm probably over-reacting, and on aidsmeds, they've also stated that I do not need testing, that the risk is ZERO. And there is zero documented cases of transmission. That the mouth is not a suitable place for transmission, that the fluid produced by a woman's arousal isn't infectious but that the fluid lining the cervix is.

Basically, I received protected oral sex, then went down on an escort for what I'd say was less then a minute, a few licks of her clitoris. As far as I'm concerned, though I cannot recall if I brushed beforehand because from time to time, my gums bleed when I brush, if I had, it was about an hour an half before. Once I stopped licking her clitoris, I went and used mouthwash. Is there any reason I should seek testing for this incident or should I just continue on with my daily life. I did have some burning on my neck,  left side today but I attribute that to not having shaved for days. Any opinions, ideas be helpful.

Alcohol dramatically speeds up the rate at which immunodeficiency virus (HIV) multiplies in human blood, blood researchers at Jefferson Medical College, Philadelphia, have found. Furthermore, rather small amounts of alcohol (just three beers over a period of two days) cause a ten-fold increase in the rate of HIV multiplication. Making matters still worse, this relatively small amount of alcohol can also impair the body’s resistance to HIV, thus rendering HIV-infected persons more likely to develop AIDS in a short rather than a long time. The message is clear, to improve their chances of survival, HIV-infected persons should avoid alcohol completely.
{Journal of Infectious Diseases (167:789, 1993) quoted in ‘Health Gazette’ newsletter, Sept. 1993}

“Attention to the alcohol consumption in HIV patients is important for both physicians and patients,” says Dr. Jeffrey H. Samet, the lead author of a study in Alcoholism: Clinical and Experimental Research 2003. The study found that patients taking antiretroviral drugs who were moderate or problem drinkers had higher levels of HIV in their blood and lower CD4 counts, a sign of immune function. Also alcohol is a factor associated with poor adherence.
{“Study Links Alcohol Intake to HIV Progression,” Reuters.com - May 2003

This has got me extremely worried, I was severely 'hung-over' the day I visited the escort, is there any real issue involved here? I'm seeking treatment for both alcohol and Cognitive Therapy, should I be concerned that this has doubled my risk or is that study geared more towards already infected people? As of now I've somewhat of a sore throat, and tenderness of certain lymph nodes.

Sorry just one last thing, I took a Yohimbe pill beforehand an hour or so before (sexual stimulant). At times it sped my heart rate, gives my red face/hives. Though I actually read it produces extra saliva, does this have any bearing on whether it would make it easier to transmit HIV? Once again, thats all. I promise.

Hand to genital is like you said, absurd. That has never happened. You are still over reacting.

Sorry one more thing,  this seems a little far fetched. After I had the condom off, she gave me a handjob for a little. What if she had secretions amongst her hands, and got it in my uretha or the smallest cut I had on my penis? Or is hand-to-genital contact just absurd. Probably an over-reaction, just wondering.

Thanks guys, you're right about the OCD evenflow. I'm just going to try to eliminate this from my head, stay off a lot of internet sites, and continue with my life. What I've been told by people is true, so I just need to like you guys said, get on with my life. So just for assumptions sake, if her viral load was high, but if the arousal fluids aren't infectious, no need for concern correct? I'm really going out on a limb unfortunately, not one document case. Truly is, OCD. My apologies.
