Could I get HIV from that?
Can her vaginal fluid seep through the boxer and into my penis?

2) Prior to the first person, I met a girl a month ago and we had unprotected oral sex but I used a condom for the vaginal sex. Could I get an HIV from that? My doctor said condoms DO NOT protect you, if they did its about an 80% chance.

Teak is absolutely correct.  In fact, if that was his true belief on HIV prevention, he ought to be removed from his position and have is licence taken from him.
