Got raped at age of seven and now suspect to have HIV

I got raped at age of 7. And now I am 24, only the symptoms of hiv appear. Is this case possible ? It is already more than 15 years.

i hope that he is loyal and not cheating on me. I will be fine anyway =) If he is loyal and he git infected because of the rape, I will never leave him. I will accompany him to go through all of this difficulties. But if he cheating, ...

the early symptoms are the first 2-4 weeks. but let another member also confirms this. hope u r ok

It's a fact that if he was infected for 15 years that he would be very very sick and in the hospital by now without treatment. So if you think he made up this story and is cheating on you then you'll need to deal with that.

actually im helping my boyfriend to ask this question. He told me that he got rape repeatedly when he was a kid but personally, i wonder if he is cheating on me. What do you think?

Highly unlikely that you have had HIV for 15 years without knowing it.  However, simply take a test at any time and you'll know for sure, and won't ever have to worry about this incident and HIV again.

It sounds very unlikely, as if left untreated HIV most definitely brings complications. However, the only way to be sure is to get tested.
