HELP! Could I get HIV by this situation?

Dear experts:
    I'm a chinese and my english is poor,so please forgive me.
    My situation is one winter day I use a washed bra to masturbate.The bra is wet and frozen for it isn't dry.During the masturbation,my prepuce has some wound.After several weeks my groin Lymph node of right leg is inflammation.it feel very painful,3 days later this situation disappear,but groin Lymph node of left leg is inflammation,too,2 days later it's well.
   Now I feel very afraid,because I don't know if someone have done something on this bra and I don't know if there is some blood or other body liquid on it.
   My people tell me there is no risk for to get HIV ,is it true?
   Please tell me some knowledge about this,I hope I could receive a specific explaination.

No you will not get HIV this way even if the bra had fluid on it. HIV risk is when you have unprotected vaginal/anal sex, share needles for drugs...
Masturbation is no risk for HIV

No that is not true, touching semen, blood or vaginal fluid with your hand and then touching your penis, will not be a risk for HIV. Transmission takes place inside the body, not outside! The virus does not survive when exposed to air and will not infect you that way...

HIV is spread via
Unprotected vaginal and anal sex
Sharing IV drugs
Mother to child

Stay away from the above listed and you will stay HIV free
