HELP! Do I have a risk of infection it?

Dear Dr,
I am a 24 male from CHINA,I need your professional help.
I have had sex with sex workers(they are around 30 years old)  three times in two years, the latest time is about six months ago. Every time I took  shower.  Once, a sex worker  gave me unprotected oral sex(For a few minites& no ejaculation ),then,we had a protected sex about a minute(ejaculation).
    Last week, I used Acon 1/2/O Tri-line rapid test, and the result shows I am ok?
    How do I?

if you ALWAYS used a condom for vaginal/anal penetration...then you were PROTECTED and testing is not needed.
