HELP!! SO WORRIED - ANAL SEX SECREATIONS ETC

Hello all,

I'd like it so much if you could help me out with some of my questions about my last sexual experience which has me freaking out.

Im a 19 year old gay male. last night I had sex with a guy who ive had sex with in the past. I was the "top" (the one inserting) and he was receiving. Now we used condoms with very little lube because we didnt have any. Just the lube thats in the package with the condom which isnt much. We had sex for about five minutes and then stopped because I thought I heard someone walking past my room. I then took the condom off but my hands ofcourse got some anal secreation on it im guessing. We then waited a second or two and decided to continue but I than had to put a NEW condom on. I was having trouble with it so I was touching the shaft of my penis and the head trying to fit it on. This time just as I was inserting my penis in him the condom broke due to friction and little lube. I then took that one off and put on another one, once again touching my penis trying to fit it on. We then had sex until I ejaculated IN the condom.

I have NEVER had unprotected sex and ALWAYS use condoms, however, tonight I started to nice I was getting stomach cramps and had to run to the washroom about 3-4 times with some light diarhea. I also notice a tingling sensation in one side of my face. Im not sure what these things can be attributed to but need less to say it got my mind running in panic so i started researching about HIV.

I always new about semen and blood but I did NOT know about something called "anal secreation" which im guessing is like sweat producted in the anus?

I read a study somewhere online saying that anal secreation had higher levels of HIV then even blood and semean so now im REALLY scared!

THESE ARE MY QUESTIONS:

1. I am UNCIRCUMSIZED. After the sex I noticed a little cut or two on the shaft of my penis which i get often from dry skin and what not. When I was switching the condoms I know I had anal secreation on my hands and I know i touched my penis, would I have contracted HIV like that?

2. What IS anal secreation exactly? and what has more hiv, blood semen or that?

3. Overall...does it sound like this was a way to contract hiv? I ALSO noticed that during sex the condom kind of slides up from the bottom exposing the lowest half of the shaft..what if that part had an abrasion and got anal secreation on it?

I THINK I SHOULD ALSO POINT OUT AND MENTION that the guy I had sex with is also kind of liek a friend cause we hang out sometimes. We BOTH got tested a WEEK BEFORE the above described experience and he and i are both NEGATIVE.

So I know your probably thinking, "then how could you contract hiv?" well I also know about the WINDOW PERIOD. What if he had sex a month or two before the test and contracted something? That means it wouldnt have showed on the test...so thats why im still worried.

HELP !!!!!!! :(

19 years old?   in december you stated that you were 17..WHATEVER ! ! !

trivial cuts and scrapes do not pose a risk for contracting hiv.

Thanks so much for your reply teak. I understand. but the thing is I DID have a cut on the shaft of my penis the night of the exposure. I get them often from drkyskin around my penis shaft.

and I DO remember touching it when switching the condoms so the anal secreation on my hand would have touched the cut....thats what im scared about...

You had protected sex and didn't have a risk of contracting HIV. You need to having extra lube handy when having sex to prevent condom breakage.
