HELP SO WORRIED

I went for an hiv duo test 40 days at a private clinic in london, i dont have a fear of needles however i did not see the doctor take the needle out of the packaging later that night i removed the bandage and it woz still bleeding at first i thought nothing of it however then i started to get symptoms as follows from the time i had the test done

2 weeks - a mild cold with catarrh lasting for a few days
4 weeks - a ulcer on my throat however had no difficulty in swallowing and throat was not sore at all and skin goes red easily when i scratch
5 weeks - vomiting and diarrhea with loss of appetite (vomiting diarrea (diarrhea) only lasted for a day).

my questions are is it possible the dr used a dirty needle on me, if so how big is the risk as she withdrew blood and more importantly are these symptoms suggesting hiv infection.
