HELP

Here is my situation and belive me this is the short version, I am a 23 yr old relativeley healthy circumsised male with no known conditions or diseases I DO NOT OR NEVER HAVE USED DRUGS OR BEEN ON PRESCRIP MEDS and RARELEY DRINK. I  picked up some girl in the bar had unprotected vaginal ONLY sex with a woman of unknown status ONCE lasting around 10-15 mins. I began having symptoms 3 or 4 days after, had very 2 very small black dots on shaft of penis, felt like i had to pee alll the time and when i did couldnt get much out started looking around on the internet and scared myself to death like most people do unfortunatley, went in around 1 week after to the doc.. didnt show him my junk as it didnt look scary or definitave of anything at all, and had a full std panel done, STI's and hsv 1-2, hep b c , HIV 1-2. so while i waited 2 weeks for the results i was losing my mind scared developing strange symptoms, diahrea, nausea, no sore throat but pain to swallow, i coughed up blood a few times and even threw up a couple times just from gagging and had a small amount of blood in vomit once. got results back 2 weeks later everything was negative i sighed in relief but was still scared, began looking around on the net again and found out about window periods.. this is where the real fun began...  
week 1 std panel test urine and blood including HEP B C HSV 1 2, HIV 1 2 ELISA - NEGATIVE
week 3 std panel test urine blood swab and visual inspection including HSV,HEP, HIV 1 2 ELISA - NEGATIVE
week 5 Urine and blood test - VDRL, HIV 1-2 ELISA, HEP,HSV - NEGATIVE
week 7 freaked out it was defanitley HIV due to all symptoms still continuing- BLOOD TEST VDRL HEP, HIV 1-2 Elisa and HSV 1 - 2 ALL NEGATIVE
week 9 FOUND OUT GIRL WAS HIV POSITIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
week 10 BLOOD TEST VDRL, HIV 1-2 Elisa, HSV 1-2, HEP B C ALL NEGATIVE
Week 12 went to the doctor explained situation and that I have had sore groin and swollen glands in my neck and sore armpits sometimes, trouble sleeping and all kinds of strange occurances, NO RASH NO NOTICEABLE FEVER OR SORE THROAT but i have had some upper sinus soreness occasionally, all my symptoms have lasted over a month and started a few days after exposure not all at once, but havent had a day when ive felt good.
He said the tests trump my symptoms and thought the chances of me seroconverting after a 10 week negative elisa were as good as winning 649 and said my chances were pretty good as its not easily transmitted from hetero vaginal sex and REFUSED another blood test!!!! He said Wait 6 months!! AHHH!!!!! I cant handle another 3 months of this ANXIETY FROM HELL!!  also forgot to mention have had something that looks like balinitis but its not serious looking enough to know what the hell it is effecting the head of my penis, very hard to distinguish pink and purple sections of the rim of my head, my tool just doesnt look like it used to. doc says its nothing.. but i know what my tool looked like before and it just looks different now.

I am somewhat reassured by 5 negative tests and a 10 week elisa negative but still having sore groin on one side  swollen non painful glands under neck, neck stiffness and pain, sometimes sore lower back, amoung other things.
Has anyone had a situation like this?? has anyone turned positive after a 10 week negative with an exposure like mine????? anything it could be besides hiv and the normal common std's???? am i in the clear or am i just waiting to test positive :( this is really effecting my life ive taken a month off work completley lost touch with friends, also I know this is horrible but to make anxiety worse this all happened when i was out of town working for 2 weeks, I am engaged and my fiancee was 7 months pregnant at the time, I @#$%&^% up Bigtime and came clean right away told her everything, i have not had any unprotected sex with her so please i dont need to be judged i know how horrible what ive done is, i just need some analysis of my situation PLEASE if anyone has had an experience like this and had it turn out NEGATIVE CONCLUSIVE ON WITH LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?????????????

Also, I dont mean to be a pain i just read the tips for posting and rules :S forgive me for my long post and plaguing you guys with moral dillemmas. but with an HIV exposure of my kind in alberta canada i know they send everything to a provincial lab for testing, but i dont know what gen elisa was used, are my results at 10 weeks pretty darn conclusive?? should i fear becoming positive at 12 week mark?? or am i going to learn nothing more than i have from the last tests, im just wondering because i hear alot about different types of tests western blot, PCR, p24 ect. is the risk for a hard to detect strain prevalent in canada or am i working myself up way too much... hard not to do with an apparently known carrier....

Just freaked out because i thought it could be hiv before i heard the girl was POS... now terrified to go get 3 month because its past 3 months now about 12 weeks and a few days, also my little girl is due right away to add to the stress of things. Im wondering and havent had a clear answer.. ive heard about worried wells, is it completley possible and sound that my initial symptoms  were brought on by guilt and the rest brought on by reading about it!?? Ive obsessiveley read all about hiv i can find since i heard the girl was POS, I thought once you slept with someone you def had it.... I was wrong. If there are any males who are POS could you answer me this, Did you have any Direct penile skin issues as a result of seroconversion? like nothing serious just small color changes at the end of your tool?? am i wasting my time with HIV when this girl could have had 10 other things on top of it? Uhhhhggggg! please help I havent had a good nights sleep in 3 months, i have nightmares about HIV and seldomley can get it out of my head.......

Hey there- first off, try to calm down! The chances you have HIV are EXTREMELY, EXTREMELY low. Your negative tests out to 10 weeks are VERY encouraging, and the doctors on the expert forum would tell you that this is PROOF you were not infected with HIV. They believe any test after 8 weeks is definitive. The vast majority of people infected will test positive by 4 weeks- over 90% of them. According to the doctors here, virtually everyone will test positive by 8 weeks. Although your 10 week test isn't considered conclusive because one more has to be done at 12 weeks, it is pretty solid evidence you weren't infected. That negative result is extremely unlikely to change. Just wait until you can get your 3 month conclusive test and then put all this behind you! I wish you the best of luck.
