You have to be exposed to the virus through unprotected sexual activity. Also , unless your're looking at your vagina with a handheld mirror on a regular basis you might not know if what you're looking at is normal or abnormal. See a your GYN if you think there are abnormalities, but most likely its probably okay. I don't see how that is connected to your HIV (if any) risk though.
