HELP!

Today i looked at my vagina and as i opened my labia minora in the center just below urethral opening( you know the center about your vagina and below the urethral opening), i have these little bumps ( alot of them) and its freaking me out I am gonna go to the doctors sometime but i really hope its treatable( it is not near my in my opening of my vagina just the center above). Can you get and diseases like HIV (anything) when you did not have it before?

You have to be exposed to the virus through unprotected sexual activity. Also , unless your're looking at your vagina with a handheld mirror on a regular basis you might not know if what you're looking at is normal or abnormal. See a your GYN if you think there are abnormalities, but most likely its probably okay. I don't see how that is connected to your HIV (if any) risk though.
