HIV - Please suggest

Hi Sir - I am new to this forum and have been through many of exisiting questions. However wanted to clarify on my situation.
I have been to massage parlour couple of times. I have never had intercourse ( with or without condom ). Last visit to the parlour , the girl sucked my scrotum and i felt her teeth on my scrotum couple of times.
When i came home , i did not see any cut or blood on my scrotum but 2 small dots of blood on outside of the underwear , which makes me think it was her vagina blood when she sat near my penis ( i was in underwear )

what if she had blood in her mouth and might have touched my scrotum when teething ?

I had dry cough and bad throat during that time. Am i at risk of HIV ?
