HIV - can I stop the testing now?

Hi guys.  Wonder if you could help relax and reassure me.  I'm female (40's) and a few weeks back I was involved with a male friend of mine.  I performed oral sex on him and there was masterbation.  He put on a condom to have sex but I couldn't go through with it.  I know guilt plays a huge part in all of this anxiety and I really want to get on with my life.  This is the testing I've done:

28 days - HIV duo/Syphilis/Gon/Clam - negative
7 weeks - HIV duo/Hep B - negative
9 weeks - syphylis - negative
10 weeks - HIV antibody/Hep B & C/Syphilis - negative

do I need to go back for a 12 week check too?  The clinic said I should.

I know there is a lot of testing here but this is what the anxiety is doing to me :-(.  It's on my mind so much and I need to move on.  Any support would be appreciated.
Thanks. Louise.

Thank you.
I do know the guy and he tells me he's clean but then the "what if's" creep in like "what if he's experimented with other guys or does drugs" but i suppose that's just the anxiety/guilt doing this to me?
