HIV - help, I think I may have it.

8 weeks ago I had vaginal sex with a white Canadian lady then my friend did too. He has no symptoms and is not worried. However, my anxiety is dreadful and I am convinced I've got HIV.

I have not had fever or a sore throat. However, I have had ingrown hairs on my chest and tummy (I shave this area and the outbreak peaked 4 weeks post exposure), which could have looked like a rash on the left side of my chest. I'm still getting the ingrown hairs). I now also have a wart on my thumb and 2 on my face.

Is a rash alone likely to be a sign of HIV? What about the warts? Does the rash always come with a fever and/or sore throat? I am really scared and would like some honest answers. A couple of times one of my fingers has got really cold as well!

Yes no as in no rash does not appear on it's own. Not discussing symptoms as they are general and related to many other things.

Does ARS ever appear as a rash only?

No Vance. The ingrown hairs may indeed have been a rash, if it was a rash, across my chest and torso would that make any difference? What about the warts? My anxiety is so severe that I cannot function. what would a ARS rash look like?

Sorry, I am worried sick. Would a rash alone be a sign? About 7 days post exposure I had slight aches on my arms at different times but never with another symptom and I put this down to anxiety. Rash / hairs outbreak at 4 weeks. No fever. No sore throat.

I literally symptom search all the time. I would appreciate a response.

Symptoms have nothing to do with HIV.
Was sex protected?

Forgot to add, I also have a couple of petachiae spots that have appeared on my tummy and arms.
