NO, not after a recent infection. WB cells are the fighters and when one has an infection of some sort you have an increase in WB cells.

You can't diagnose HIV by CBC or WBC. My CBC and WBC have always been normal except for when I contracted an OI.
They would have a low level, but they can fluctuate or get lower for many different reasons. I'm almost positive the sinus problem is related to something else, If you get a blood test now after 6 months and it comes up negative you have nothing to worry about
