HIV & HAV

I had hepatites A on November 12th, after a month my liver enzimes went almost to normal. On December 2nd they started to come back up again, just increasing.
Back then I was tested for HVB, HCV and both came back negative.
Because of my enzyme levels increase, my doctor asked to go to a specialist. A hepatologist.
He told me that increasing enzymes level weren't normal after a month. He asked me to retest for all The hepatitis and included an HIV test as well.
Is this normal.
Could be that i have HIV because of my TGO & TGP levels increase?

You fail to mention your risk factors for hiv, this maybe better made in the hep forum unless you have reason to believe you've been in a situation-sexual -or- drug related.
