The VAST majority of people who develop an ARS rash do so by week 3 post infection. It is rare, but some people do not show symptoms of ARS until 6 weeks, but you are past that particular window period. The rash is widespread and always, (100%) involves the neck, chest and back, but can involve arms, legs, palms of hands and even the soles of your feet. ARS is NEVER confined to one area such as the armpit.
The rash you describe could be related to many other skin problems, or poor hygiene.
The ONLY way you will know if you have been infected with HIV is to test. Period.
