HIV- Test Analysis

I had sexual encounters on the below scenarios
1. Year 2010- December
Had used a condom but not sure if it was broken at the end of the session- the condom had moved from its original position- like it covered only the tip at the end-
Year 2013 - May 5th
Had used a condom but not sure if it ws broken at the end of the session - fingered heavily but no blood was found on the other person and there was no visible cuts.

I am about to get married and wanted to be completely sure I dont have a risk of transmitting.

My questions as below
1. Do I have a risk?
2. Since all the events are of the past ( atleast a year before)- are there any symptoms that must have shown up- I did not get fever.cold or rashes in the last one year since my encounter.
3. Can I take a CBC- which includes RBC and WBS counts ?

* Anyone who continues to post excessively, questioning a conclusively negative result or no-risk situation, will be subject to action by MedHelp. Conclusively negative results or a no-risk situation will be based upon the criteria established by MedHelp’s doctors. Action will be taken as follows:
    * After excessive posting, a warning will be issued by MedHelp
    * Continuing to post regarding the negative result / no risk situation will result in a 3 day suspension
    * Continuing to post upon your return will result in a permanent ban.

Go back and reread the replies that you were already given over a non risk issue.
