HIV 1&2 + P24 -ve Result, please help

Dear Doctor,
I had been reading your med advice regarding the topics, thanks for your great work you are doing for the humanity.
I have some question regarding the same.. I had been having unprotected sex with one girl since last december 2010 till my last encounter on 12/09/2011.. I had my HIV 1&2 and P24 test done on 02/10/2011 after having last contact on 12/09/2011 which makes the period of 20 days, the results were negative, how accurate they could be and how about windoe period,, do i have to go any other test. The HIV status for the girl i had sex with is unknown,, plz help and advice.. Thanx alot

Thanx Teak for advice, but one thing i wud like to mention that the girl is same and first encounter was on 08/12/2010 and then twice monthly until 12/09/2011, and as per her, she never had sex with any one else but me during this period, what do you suggest in this situation Teak,
