HIV Ab/Ag Combo on 23 Days (3 weeks)

Had unprotected vaginal sex with sex worker on 9-Feb. Noticed 2 or 3 oral candidiasis on 3-Mar (22 days) accompanied with tired, vomiting and muscle pain. Feel worried and go for a HIV test which using Ab/Ag Combo (ECLIA) on 4-Mar (23 days) the result is NOT DETECTED!

1. How accurate is the result on Day 22-23 / 3 Weeks with HIV Ab/Ag Combo (ECLIA)?
2. What other possible disease will have the similar symptoms mentioned above?
3. The oral candidiasis is still around (coming to 1 week) but it is not feeling pain, and some website do comment oral candidiasis is an strong indication of the early stage of the HIV infection (acute HIV infection). Is that true?

what's your situation now?
I have a oral condidiasis after exposure too. I'm so scared.
Did you have HIV test again?

1. It's not.
2. Ask your doctor
3. Thrush is not HIV specific. Anyone at any age can contract thrush.
