HIV Anal Sex One Encounter

Hours ago, I had anal sex with a guy, unprotected. I was on top, he was on bottom. I know he is on medication  and his cell count is up (so he says - but he denies having HIV).

His LiveJournal is filled with his confessions of having HIV. I called him and confronted him afterwards - he denies it and says he has Leukemia and that he just THOUGHT he had HIV (yeah, right).

It is totally my fault, I told him multiple times that I only wanted to have safe sex, but we had unprotected anal sex anyway.

I don't know, I heard about a "PEP" but I don't have the money, is it present at a clinic? Also, when should I get tested? Is there anything else I can do this early to help prevent contraction or is it too late?

What are the chances I contracted HIV?

I'm not an expert nor am I a doctor, but I would say go to a doctor ASAP, and have a chat to him and see what he thinks, but try to go now? maybe or very early tomorrow because the time frame is 72 hours

I'm planning on calling up tomorrow. I don't have insurance though. Nobody will answer this late. None of the "24 hour hotlines" are actually 24 hours. :(

I feel like such a ******* idiot. This is literally the only time I have ever had anal sex without a condom. Why the **** did I have it with HIV + guy.
