HIV BUY HAND CONTACT INSIDE OF CONDOM

HI,

I've seen a street prostitute for a protected blowjob.
When she put me the condom, she put hands inside of the condom.
For days after i start to have groin pain on both sides. Since three days, it doesn't stop.
This could be psychosomatic but i doubt. Because one years before i've needed to be tested, being terrified, and there was no symptoms at all ...

It's it possible for me to have HIV. If viruses inside the condom and rubbed with penis head during blowjob ?
Or an other STD?
Syphilis ?
Herpes ?
... ?

Welcome to the forum.  Responding first to the title you gave this thread:  Hand-genital contact doesn't transmit HIV.  I don't see how it would do so by reaching inside a condom.

Now I have read the question.  Congratulations on having safe sex for commercial or casual sex exposures.  For sure there was no HIV risk from this event.  Other STDs also are rarely if ever transmitted by hand-genital contact.  And of course condom protected oral sex is entirely risk free.

Groin pain is not a symptom of HIV, and HIV symptoms cannot start sooner than about 10 days after exposure.  Such pain is rarely a symptom of any other STD either, unless there are open sores of the penis or genital area and/or there is obvious swelling in the groin in addition to pain.  And whenever a person suspects his or her own symptoms have a psychological origin ("This could be psychosomatic..."), usually that is the case.

So my advice is to sit tight for a few days; the discomfort probably will fade.  If it doesn't, or if swelling or genital sores appear, of course seek medical attention.  But I don't expect these to happen.  But based on the information so far, I do not recommend testing for HIV or any other STD.

In fact, the time between risk and symptoms was of 8 days, according to a bank statement because i've gone to a bank distributor to have some cash. Very destabilized, I was wrong on the date.

It's near the 10 days than you said. So, as i think it's possible to have hiv, despite of your conforting words i'm going to test . It's the only way to be sure.

Read my entire reply.  The timing was only one reason you don't have HIV.  Even with perfect timing (e.g. at 10-20 days) this makes no difference.  It is impossible you caught HIV from the events described.  Feel free to be tested to confirm it.  The result will be negative; if it is positive, it will be necessary to explore other risks that you may not recognize or remember.

Sorry Docttor but I need Help.

Groin pain is gone BUT.

I've had electric disharge like pain I legs and arms during two days.
It happens two times in my head.

Very worried about a rash, I ve three red 1mm spots on chest.
Then I'm looking for it every day.
and two new brown 3mm appears on the back of my shoulders left and right.

For me it's like the game is up.

These symptoms are not even remotely suggestive of an HIV infection.  Your "game is up" comment is silly.

You came here for reassurance and I have given it.  Accept it or not, I don't care, but you may not keep returning with every additional anxiety-provoked concern that pops into your head.

Definitely stop searching on line.  When anxious people search for relevant information, they tend to be drawn to bad news that reinforces their fears and tend not to absorb the more reassuring information that pops up.  It's often a losing proposition.
