HIV Chances

Hi

I am from sydney. I had 5 exposures in total all with sex workers. That was on October 2009, December2009, Jan2010, Feb2010 and April 15-2010.

All relations were protected except the first one on october where i received an unprotected Oral and ejaculated in her mouth (rest everything was protected). All other relations were protected (Only 1 time oral was unprotected).

So far i never had any symptoms and i went for a test on May 31 2010. This was 7 months after the 1st exposure and 6 weeks after the last exposure. Everything was fine and there were no STD and HIV was negative.

But still i have a fear in mind regarding the test for my past 3 exposures, since the test occurred 6-8 weeks for the past 3 exposures.I am in a doubt whether to take another test after july 25 for after the 3month window period since my last exposure (All protected) or is Is a 6 week test conclusive and my anxiety is causing the trouble?

Please help

Regards
Pet

"I had 5 exposures in total all with sex workers."

Since you had protected sex these don't count as 'exposures'.

You were never at risk for HIV and you never needed testing. You should accept your test result as proof that you don't have HIV.
