HIV Concern, migrating pain

Hi six weeks ago, I had sex with a sex worker. Im not sure but I keep feeling like the condom broke. I have been very paranoid of getting hiv from her, assuming that she had it. About three weeks ago I have been having migrating joint pain, and some muscle pain. It started in my lower body joints then briefly migrated to my upper body joints. As soon as it teaches a specific joint it will pop up every once in a while. When I walk it will touch my lower body region, when I sleep it will touch my upper body joints, or my wrists when I type. Im stressed out of my mind, and have been told that it is all in my head, anxiety can cause this, you wore a condom so its cool. Right now I have a ache or a presence I have no idea, on my hips when I sit. I heard that accute HIV joint pain is usually in the upper body joints like elbows and shoulders, and it is usually more sever and chronic. Does this sound like any other std? Because there is definitely pain in my joints, I read the symptoms of acute HIV symptoms the day after I had sex with the prostitute could my brain be making my joints have this pain. It is not even just my joints because yesterday I had lower back pain, or aches it is like a presence or that is warm, hard to explain. It also hits my groin region or my calves muscle, and my rib area. It is manifesting  all over the place. Any ideas? Thanks

I just came back from this trip and my hips have been burning as long as my groin region, and my shoulders. It is a growing pain, I just do not know what it is, I'm going to go to the doctor tomorrow. It seems like Bursitis, I'm barely 20 I'm in a foreign country for study, and the doctors dont seem to help me with my pain because they think it unnecessary and they dont understand english... I'm just so, so damn scared and alone I dont know what's happening to me.

It just seems like it is an std, acute hiv and other acute stds appear 3 weeks after and that is exactly when this started. Ive never had a history of aching joints before this, and all of a sudden theyre all aching. Now it is in my hips, it is either a virus, bacterial infection, or stress and anxiety. im young and i worked out before this stress got to me. i hope that it is stress and anxiety, but i havent read anything about anxiety and stress hitting your body like this. are the people that post on this site usually hiv negative when they check up 3 months later?

If the condom had broken it would have been obvious,it didn't so you never had a risk and therefore those symptoms are not related to HIV.
