HIV Doubt

Dear Sir ,

While having sex yesterday with my girlfriend , condom sliped while I pulled out my penis out : I was sitting on ground and she was sitting on me and my penis was vertically in her but after ejaculation I with draw it but I found that it was slipped 3/4 part of my penis but I would say rest  more  or less  1/4 part of penis was covered ,
Do I have risk of HIV ?

In what cases slipping of condom can cause risk to Hiv ?

let suppose condom slips completely while pulling out penis out of Vagina after sex   what are the chances of HIV infection ?

if condome fails during sex or slips inside what immediate action should be taken ?

how to over come the risk of slipping condom / condome failure ?

Do you recommend to use two condom not at a time but for different sex position while having sex or just one would do ?

That is what Lizzie just told you.

what does come off means  ? The condom comes off your penis. It can't jump back on once it comes off.

If you go from anal to vaginal sex then you switch condoms.
