HIV Enzyme Immunoassay (MICROELISA test), interpreting result?

I did the HIV test through Enzyme Immunoaasay(MICROELISA). , 5 months and 8 days after the unprotected sex.

My result is 0.31, which interprets NON-REACTIVE.
As MICROELISA test, cut-off value is 1.0.

At the same time I did VDRL test too. And it is NON-REACTIVE.

My questions are:

1. Should I have to take another test to complete the window period of 6 months?

2. How conclusive my HIV result, knowing I did the test 5 months and 8 days?

3.Could it be that I had just not reached the threshold or window period because I did the test 5 months and 8 days and the value will go up by time it reach 6 months or more?

4. How accurate is MICROELISA test?

5. Why was the value of my reading is not 0 since its non-reactive?

6. Does having 0.31 means having a little detection of the virus?

Please answer my questions.
Its really nerve wrecking.
Loosing a lot of sleep about it as my medical examination is approaching for scholarship grants in other country.

Thank you for replying me back from the bottom of my heart. I am totally freak out about this. But anyway teak thank you. I read some reactions and comments about how others exaggerates things even if they have non-reactive result. The purpose that I post my questions is not to make nuisances. Just querries though I realize I am into that point, freaking out without reason.  But anyway teak, I want to say thank you. You bring me ease and peace of mind now.
