HIV Exposure

Dear Help
I made a stupid mistake and had unprotected sex with a women I met at a club. Both of us have are married but I don't know here sexual history, but she assured me she is clean.
5-6 days after I got a sore throat which lasted a few days followed by a runny nose and sinus congestion which has lasted now for about a week. I know rash is common with HIV symptoms and I got a single pimple like spot just below my rib cage(it popped like apimple witha little discharge. I do have another rash but unsure if its my psoriasis breaking out due to stress, would the rash give you white flaky skin.
I live away from my wife due to work, but was home that very next day and we had sex for a couple days. She now tells me she has developed over the last couple days two then three little raised bumps around her belly botton almost like a bug bite, could this be a rash.
I guess my question is, besides the fact I was stupid, cheated on a wonderful women(which I will never do again) and had unprotected sex...does any of this sound common with symptoms of HIV?

ars symptoms...IF one got any...come at 2-4 WEEKS after infection and last for 1-2 weeks.

the only way to know your status is by testing.

You can never use symptoms to diagnosis HIV or even get an indication, but your "symptoms" come on way to early.

Test at 3 months for a conclusive result.
