HIV Exsposure

A couple days ago, I made a huge mistake when I was drunk.  I had protected sex with a call girl at a brothel/massage parlor.  She performed oral  (with a condom) for about 3 minutes and we had sex with a condom (3 min).  Afterward, I check the condom and it did not break.  However, I did have a cut on my upper groin region that was healing.  What are the chances that I contracted HIV or a STD from this scenario.  From my understanding, condoms are 99% effective and contracting HIV is 1/1000 (usually) if the person is infected.  Do I need to get tested?
