HIV Fear From Precum On Finger Cut

I am a 38 year old gay man from India. Last night I hooked up with a 55 year old ay man whose HIV status is unknown. We did not have anal or oral. I touched his penis to give him a hand job but as I held his penis, some of his precum came in cntactv with my index finger...so I quickly rubbed it off with a cloth...nothing more we did other than hugging and caressing....but next morning I saw that I had a very tiny cut on the side of my thumb about the size of a pinhole...but what freaked me out is it hurt as I pressed the cut and more to add my worst fears, I could see the red tender shiny skin inside. I am getting nuts now thinking what if his precum would have gotten into my wound? So  would like to know if I was at risk? is there any reported case of anyone being infected n such a manner? Do I need to wait till 3 months to get tested? I am going crazy as I simply cannot put this incident behind my mind and it's beginning to take over my life. Please help.

Finger cut starts cloting soon after the clot. So your risk is very very low.
Take a p24 antigen test and a hiv antibody 1/2 test after 28 days . If both came negative then you are from hiv .
