HIV Fear after assuming Zero Risk Activity

Hi Doctor and experts,

I have not been able to sleep since after a massage session which was supposed to be a zero risk.  The aromatherapy or oil massage started not too right as I was not even given a disposable underwear which meant totally naked and lied on the massage bed.  After over 1 hour session, to my surprise, the masseur started to massage my penis and intend to give me a hand job but I was not interested and declined.  I asked to touch her breasts which she obliged.  She was only top naked.  I held both breasts and also touched and rubbed the nipples.  With these actions, I did not see clearly any fluid from her nipples due to dim light condition and do feel the nipples were still dry.  Also I can feel a very small dry bump, could be a pimple or what which could due to the bra or heat, I’m not sure, near to her left breast.

Later on, she asked me to lie down and started to massage my penis with her breasts.  I stopped her after about 30 seconds.  Then she leaned over me and rub her breasts against my chest for about 20 seconds.  At this time, I’m still naked while she was only top naked. I stopped her and she got up.  Later, she kept touching the precum on my penis tip and asked me why I’m not interested in a hand job. I’m really pissed off.

After that, I asked her to get dressed and continue the remaining massage session.

3 Questions :

1.  I’m not certain whether there is any fluid or
milk from her nipples due to the rubbing and pressing action of her breasts on my penis, let say there is, what is HIV or STD transmission risk ?

2.  What could be the small dry pump or pimple be and will it be a concern ?  Will it cause HIV or STD transmission risk when she rubbed her breasts against my penis and chest ?

3.  She have touched her breasts and maybe nipples as well before touching my precum on the penis tip.  Will it cause any HIV or STD transmission risk ?

A very worried and anxious person waiting for a quick response.  I’m going crazy over this and regretted my stupidity.  Thank you.

1. Zero risk even if she was on lactation, very highly unlikely though. HIV (if there was any) in her breast milk can not penetrate intact skin of your chest or genitals

2. It is not a concern. You need to offer mucus membrane for HIV to enter, not pimples etc

3. No it will never be the cause of transmission

Relax, your risk is non existent

Thanks for your fast response.

For question 2, you may have mis-interpreted my question.  Let me clarify
2.  The tiny bump or pimple is near her left breasts and not on my chest.  When she massaged her breasts against my penis, the bump or pimple may be rubbed against my penis shaft or penis tip.  Would it be a concern for HIV or STD transmission risk ?

Just curious most breast massages may have the above similar encounter since some women may have heat pimples or rashes around chest or breast area.  Isn’t it a concern for HIV or STD transmission to the male.

Apology for the break up into multiple comments.
This is not because of HIV
