HIV Handjob Cut on Hands

Today I received a handjob from a male (I am a gay male myself). The actual event did not last long - I ejaculated in probably less than or about a minute into the act. However, the giver of the handjob had skinned his palm against some concrete earlier, about 2 1/2 hours prior to my receiving the handjob. The palm was irritated and appeared to have a few abrasions, but did not seem to bleed profusely. There is no question, though, that there was irritation on his skin. My concern is that he used this hand/palm to perform the handjob on me. What is my risk for HIV if some of his blood came into contact with my urethra? Should I be tested?

HIV can't be transmitted through handjob.No cases are recorded that HIV is transmitted through such a fashion.

Always use condoms properly and never share needles.

"HIV isn't so easily transmitted.  Minor cuts and trivial blood exposures simply don't create a measurable risk.  Like many persons, you seem to think that "just one virus" is enough to transmit the infection.  That is not the case.  Substantial amounts of infected blood or secretions have to be introduced into the body in a way that exposes certain cells to the virus.  If HIV could be transmitted in the ways you are worrying about, AIDS would be 100 times more common than it is.
