HIV Infection

I had sex with a girl, about two months ago. This was unprotected sex, and an attempt of anal sex. I was in a city with normal weather. After 9 days i came to relatively cold weathered City. I took shower in the next morning and when got out i felt little cold, later i got headache and a high fever. (I didnt have sore throat, fatigue, or any other signs yet) in the late night i took a tablet of headache and slept. In the morning i noticed that i sweated in the night and my fever  was broken from then till now. I have little nightsweat during sleeping till now and i sleep in a relatively warm room.

I tested my blood after a month of my sex and it was negative. I am reallly worried about my health and am concerned alot from HIV.

Please let me have you advice in this regard.

The problem is that am worried alot and anxious. I am afraid of getting another illness because of the stress.

Retest at 3 months and it will be conclusive.
