I and my freind hired a prostitute. She gave blow job to my freind first and to me next. She had semen of my friend in her mouth when she gave blow job to be. If my friend has HIV, am i exposed to risk, since his infected semen has touched tip of me penis.

There has never been a documented case of anyone being infected by receiving a blowjob.

You didn't have a risk for HIV. You were at greater risk for an STD. If you want to test go test then come back and give everyone your negative result.
