HIV/Mono/Herpes Outbreaks.

6 years ago I had unprotected (insertive) anal intercourse with someone I didn't know at a Bath-house, which lasted only 2 or 3 minutes. 3-4 weeks later I was diagnosed with mono (I believe conclusively), and a week after being diagnosed with mono I had an HIV test which came back negative.
1 year later I contracted genital herpes, which have been dormant most of the time since infection. The past 3.5 months I have had 3 herpes outbreaks. I have been travelling and very stressed out the past few months...

I am so scared that I haven't been able to bring myself to get tested. Please give me your thoughts.

No, I didn't not... Only recently found out that that was even an issue.
