HIV Please Help

I was hoping that I might be able to ask your opinion on a experience I just had... Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated (I'm not asking for a medical opinion just thoughts)...

I recently had sex with a Chinese girl in Shenzhen, and had inserted my penis into her vagina very briefly without a condom. This lasted approximately 30 seconds. Afterward I put a condom on. The problem is that I had a small cut on my penis, which came in contact with her vaginal fluids. I admit that I am a bit terrified because I forgot about the cut on my penis. I have been doing some research on transmission expectations. What I have found is that I unprotected sex transmission is very rare, but that blood transfusion is very high. Does vaginal fluid with a cut on the penis count as blood transfusion?

I am not sure if the girl has HIV. I asked her for her sexual history, which she said is four past partners. She mentioned that she was tested in February and had no STDs but has had a partner after the test. She called her partner and asked if he had an STD. She said he said no and had recently been tested, but I don't really want to put my trust into those answers. I will absolutely be getting a test in three months (your website says you have to wait that long). I am going to ask her to undergo a test in the near future, but was curious what you thought about my potential risks - is it as high as blood transfusion? Thank you so much for your time,
