HIV Possible Infection ?

i had sex with a girl ( Who have a not really past ) we had unfortunately unprotected sex in the middle of September of 2011 ,

after that i started to feel UN-Well , i have a swollen lymph on my neck & below my chin , Also i have a bad sore throat ( i'm hardly Swallow the food ) add to this that i have Ulcers all over my mouth ( on the tongue & Gums & sides of my mouth from inside ).. i still have those till now ( almost 4 months now -- )

all this start only after we had this sex,

She just take the test called ( HIV-1 / HIV-2 Antigen / Antibody ) on December 22",
the result come back Negative ( i want to upload the pic of the result But i don't know how )

MY Question's IS :
1- is there is any possibility for being infected with HIV after this time & test ?
2- should she repeat the test after 6 months as i heard from some people ?
3- shall i also take he test ( she was my first partner & only one ) ?
4- what else could be the reason for what i have ( All symptoms are telling me it is HIV )

BTW - i got like a small fever , muscle pain , night sweating , headache , all this after this sex with a small period of time ...

Thank You So Much For All You Help & Support
i will take with my GF tonight & see what we will do

the only thing is ( Our Doctor ) who keep on telling us that there might be a possibility for HIV after a looooong time , & it might not show in the test after a while

BTW : if you recommend test in Qatar , after three months , what do you recommend  ( Sandwich ELISA OR AG\AB ) ?

It's not about being more accurate the longer you wait, 3 Months is long enough and is conclusive, testing at 6 Months will not make a test result any more accurate it will just waste 3 months of waiting for nothing.

He's crazy and incorrect.  3 months is when you would get a conclusive result.

UN-fortunately i cannot take the test at the moment at all ,
i can just rely on her result , because if i take the test i might deport out of the country i live in ( if it comes back positive ) ..

is it not enough to rely on her results ?
what tests you recommend for me ( which will not deport me if come back positive ) ?

If you're concerned about HIV then it is best/preferable that YOU test rather than rely on your partner's test. However, given what you have said, her test in December would have cleared your particular exposure, since it has been 3 months. I would not be concerned about HIV at this point if I were in your shoes, since you apparently have witness to the results. All the symptoms that you describe are NON-specific- there could be many causes.
