HIV Potential?

Ok first off I'm going to get my referral tomorrow and get tested, but here is my situation:

I am bimale (very rarely ever hook up with men, probably a total of 8-10 times in my life so far)I have protected intercourse with a guy back about 2 months ago (I was on bottom), there was unprotected oral.

Within a couple of weeks a got a sore throat followed by voice loss and a bad respiratory infection. I say infection because my doc gave me antibiotics and it went away, then came back and after one more dose of levaquin it is gone. Voice has restored etc.

Now I work out a LOT and my diet is now in full workout mode, eating healthy running etc. I feel fine, but today I notcied something that resembles a big pimple on the back left side of my tongue, strange. It is painless, although it has the sensation that the back of my tongue got burnt. The other wierd symptom is a "flushing" feeling as when one takes to much niacin on my arms and back of my neck. Other than that nothing really else. I am freaking out because I met this girl and we have had sex (all protected) but still can one get HIV from oral? No blood or semen was passed between us, and again a condom was used...so not to sure what is going on here.

Practically, Unprotected Oral = NO RISK

Protected sex = Safe

NO RISK, your symptoms/discomforts were certainly due to other reason, see a doctor and get it diagnosed, HIV is not the problem here
