I got my test results for Hiv today. Took this test 11 weeks and 2 days after exposure for peace of mind. It came back negative. :-) can I consider this as conclusive. It was a 4th generation combo test for antigen and antibody p24. Thank U for all your replies
Yes. You said I am not at risk of HIV. I am getting this now :)
Did you not read what I told you about your risk?
Sorry. But wanted to know if this fever is anything to with HIV. I have read there are people who get this fever and goes away as a very early sign. that's my worry
This is a HIV specific forum, any STD related questions post in the STD forum please.

Hi Vance2335,
Thank you for the assuance.
I had this sexual act on april 15th 2014 and just now had a fever like cold. I was shivering until I put some warm clothes and set my mind to adjust. I had like cold and cough even before the sexual act. How you do see this??
Today I tool test for chlamydia PCR.. They inserted a stick like thing inside my pensi hole. Can this make the body vulnerable for fever.??

Abhi
Reread what I wrote about your risk.
Hi Vance2335,
Thank you for your response.
In case CSW has lied about good health. should I then take a test to have things in order?
I'm worried and have this question :(
Regards,
Abhi
I don't see a reason for HIV testing, so no reason to see a Dr.
Hi Vance2335,
Thank you for your reply and assurance.
Which doctor should I see after I get test results?
1. General Physician
2. HIV specialist
3. Urologist
(The country where I live, its difficult to get a English speaking doctor)
regards,
Abhi
