HIV RISK OR PARANOID

Hi Teak Lizzie Lou,

I have a roomate a hiv positive guy...yesterday i used his razor to cut my mustache and the hair in my neck..before i use his razor he use first the rasor...

1. if the rasor have blood after he use it is possible to transmit the hiv that way?

please reply im paranoid now...

I already said you did not have a risk, which means no testing needed.

Razor is a men shaver in the face...FYI only


so it cant transmit even theres a blood in that rasor ( I REMEMBERED THAT HE USED THAT ONE AND AFTER TWO MINUTES I USED THE  RASOR)

You need to calm down, posting again and again is not going to get your question answered any quicker. Anyone who answers questions here does so for free and on our own time.

No you do not need PEP, no Dr would ever give you PEP from the above no risk incident.

There is no risk for HIV that way. Blood would have been too small to pass on the virus, it is not passed from enviromantal objects and the virus is deactivated shortly after it is exposed outside of the body.

if theres a blood in the rasor and i used it theres a chance for hiv to transmit that way?
