HIV Rash on hands

Hi, I had a sexual encounter 73 days back, I did use a condom and had negative RNA and Antigen/Antibody test on 28 days. However, in last 10 days, I had an incident where I cut my finger with the knife .
I'm very much sure that I don't have HIV but there are symptom which making me uneasy. I have red bumps in hands and it's been there for 10 days. They are in cluster of 5 to 10 but other than I don't see any other symptom.
Can you guys help me is this Rash are due to HIV or this is just some random thing going around.
Thanks for all the help

You NEVER had a risk for HIV since you used a condom. You also did not need to test, but both test you DID take were negative. You do not have HIV.

You can NOT acquire HIV from a knife cut.

You'd have to see a dermatologist to diagnose the red bumps on your hands, but they are not related to HIV. It sounds like you may be having an allergic reaction to something, but only a doctor can tell you for sure.
