HIV Risk _ Need testing ?

I am from india Pune,In Month of Feb 2010 I had protected sex with CSW,Not inserted into vegina.
But I saw some her vagina fluid touched point of condom I wore.
After a week I got mouth painful ulcer , No fever , Muscle ace . I have started searching on net about symptoms
and I saw term "HIV" , I was so much scared and I have decided if I have this virus in my body I will
commit suside .
After 15 days I Had My Hiv test which Came Negative . I was some what relax. But still i was searching on net
about HIV and then I came to know that HIV test after 15 days is of no use , U have to wait for atlest 28 days
after exposer.I then I was into same situation I was before.

test done after exposer 15 days:-

Test 2010 ---Feb

HB :- 14.3 g/Dl
RBC :- 5.04
WBC :- 6.8 k/Ul
Platelets ;- 203 k/UL
Lym% :- 29.1 %
Mon% = 4.2%
Eos :- 7.3 %

(Vidas HIV5 DUO ULTRA) HIV1 & HIV2 Screening ELFA :- negative
HBs Ag(ELFA) :- Negative
VDRL :- Non reactive

How reliable is test after 15 days ??

I have again have 3 times protected vaginal Sex with different CSW in 2012 , after 3rd encounter I got fever after 1 week , painful sore throat and Joints pain which went away after medication.

I have started doing my CBC (complete blood check ) to compare WBC what I had last one here are details


AUG :- 2012

Haemoglobin :- 13.8
WBC count :- 7,700
Platelets :- 1,65,000

Neutrophills :-69
Lymphocytes :- 36
Eosionophills :- 04
Monocytes :- 01
Basophils :- 00


DEC-2012

Haemoglobin :- 15 .1
WBC count :- 6600
Platelets :- 1,52,000

Neutrophills :-58
Lymphocytes :- 28
Eosionophills :- 10
Monocytes :- 02
Basophils :- 00

I need some reviews from experts here like


1) What are chances to get HIV from my above ex-posers ??

2) Is latex condom is 100% secure if its not been broken or slipped off ??

3) My WBC count is like in between 6.6 to 7.7 , This indicates that I am healthy even after 3 years now??

4) What are chances to get HIV virus if have protected sex with indian CSW (If CSW is HIV+ve) ??

Move on you had protected sex. Condoms are 100% reliable when they stay on and don't break. Find something realistic to worry about.

1st exposer yes I even don;t have ,

Am more concern about 2nd and 3rd and after that fever and Sore throat
Which are likely to happen when sme1 are into ARS ..

With due respect, I am more concern with my Going Down WBC in AUG it was 7700 and Now its 6600 , I know its within Range.

Some Web-site have points which Implies that condom are not 100% secure even if not broken or slipped off , How true it is ??

You do not have an HIV concern, you never had an exposure.
