HIV Risk, Brief Protected Sex

Dear Doctors and Friends,

I had my first sexual encounter with a commercialised sex worker. She provided me with a condom, in which she helped me to put on. After which I had an extremely brief insertive vaginal sex of less than 5 seconds which I stopped her from continuing due to fear. She then ended the activity with oral sex with condom still on afterwards.

I am unsure whether the condom has broken because of my inexperience. But from what I can tell, it was on throughout the activity.

I am also unclear whether the act of removing the condom would cause any risk to me as the vaginal fluids from the exterior of the condom could've gotten into my penis.

I did not perform cunninglingus, because I'm afraid that it might cause STD transmission. The sex worker as denied me of fingering her as she is afraid of infection. I did, however, lick her breasts and body.

I am extremely scared of the risks involved such as HIV. Please advice!

Dear all,

Thank you for your re-assuring words. I do not suffer the same HIV anxiety as before after 2 weeks. I do not have fever, flu and serious rashes.

However, I do have left pelvic pain. I am male, so as I looked around, I do not see any disease associated with left pelvic pain symptom for males. Yet, the pain is progressive through the days.

I am now pretty afraid again, that this would be other complications. Is there anyone that can enlighten me on this?

It has been 5-6 days now, i currently experience slight pelvic pain especially during full bladder when i wake up. I used to have this pain 5-6 months ago, but it went away. Now it came back, im not sure if its too coincidental. I get pain when i move around. And the pain is from pelvic area to left thigh.

Also i have this mosquito looking bite that itch on my leg. And my fingers itch as well. Am i oversensitive?

Please advice, i am worried sick! I get neck spasms these days due to stress
