HIV Risk of Transmission

Hi I am very worried. I had a paper cut on my figure that was not too old (less than one hour since I got the cut), and had washed this off with hand sanitizer. Than I touched this laddies blanket where I work to adjust the blanket. However I am not to sure if they was any dry blood on the blanket. If they was, would they be any risk of transmission for HIV.
