HIV Risk

About 5 weeks ago I made a terrible drunken mistake- I had about 15 to 20 second unprotected vaginal intercourse with someone- then I realized what i was doing then stopped! A few days later I had some urinay issues going on and talked to a doctor friend who gave me levaquin (it worked a little) then symptoms were still ther (clear fluid after urinating, frequent urination, back pain, something inside the penis) so I went to a local helath department and got checked for clam. and gonn- they treated me but the results were negative- about two weeks after this I was working out and noticed a burning senation on my penis- saw it being red and a bump- made appointment with urologist- thought it was herpes- took the urine test at urologist everything clean (I had a prostate infection)- and he said in no way is it herpes- went and saw him again said the same thing told him about my exposure- said nothing to worry about! Well a week ago I had some night sweats for about 3 days and they are gone- started thinking HIV- My throat is red and Little irriatated but nothing alarming- little white bumps in the back but I am having a post nasal drip- no swollen lymph nodes- feeling fatigued- no diarrehea-  and just dont feel good- a tightnmess in my neck- and cold hands- no strange rashes (except when the weather is cold I am prone to have exczema)- I still feel hungry but when I eat sometimes I kinda feel sick!! So I contacted the person who I slept with and of course she said no and kinda blew me off- but I did very respectful- Am I just panicking and making things worse or am I at risk- I feel I am about to have a nervous breakdown! Very scared and thanks for your time!

Take my advise don't Google your symptoms it's a bad move HIV symptoms differ from person to person and mirrors thousands of other everyday viruses out there , trust your doctor's diagnosis.

This is the mistake that many people make, they try to see if they have symptoms. You can never diagnosis anything based on symptoms. I could find 10 different symptoms of myself that would lead me down 10 different roads. And checking your body and searching the internet will drive you crazy.
I encourage you to move on with life, test at the right time frame and update us with your results.

An idea of what?
You had a possible exposure due to unprotected sex. No one here can tell you the womans status or anything like that.

Any unprotected encounter is a risk.
Testing 3 months after exposure will give you 100% conclusive test.
