HIV SCARE AND DEPRESSION AND FEAR

Hello all,
I am a male now, 37.
i was involved with a prostitute sometime like in october last year, after which i had some urine infection, but i became scared o HIV. My first HIV 1 & 2 + P 24 antgen, test was done in November sometime and came back negative, than a secon test in Jan this year, than a third in Feb and last one i had was in May 2011. so a total of 4 tests done in a time of almost 6 months after that unlucky encounter, i got on medications like cipralex and xanax due to that scare i had  and than i stopped after the test of 6  months came back negative.
After i left the medication and returned to normal life with my GF, my GF had urine infection from me, my doc put myself and my GF on ciprofloxacin for two weeks. i still get some strange rashes on my skin and also continuous cough and flu( maybe summer in Kuwait is very bad and all time we are living in Aircondition and out side is 50 degrees of hear)
I wanted to ask if the HIV 1 & 2 + P 24 antigen test done from november till May this year is enough, as per my count i have done tests from the time of encounter that was in october 2010 till May 2011 all make total of 6 months , all came back negative, so is this 100% that i am not HIV. Can i move on in life, is this only a mental obsession or do i need to do more testing etc. It will help me if someone can assure me here.

Thankyou in advance to all.
God Bless.
