HIV SYMPTOMS?!!

On March 12 I had sex with a woman I used a condom it wasn't any kissing or touching and it wasn't any oral sex.. I checked condom afterwards I didn't see any breaks in the condom.. a week later or two I noticed a lump in my neck it was very small. My doctor at first said it was a knotted muscle another week goes by and it's still there. I go back to the doctor she said she thinks it's a lymph node.. I never in my life had a lymph node get a lil bigger.. so now I been having aches and pains in my legs elbows and hands .. my left arm been going numb some to.. are these hiv symptoms?? I'm so scared I don't know what to do.. the knot on my neck comes and goes..

You had protected sex, it's all that matters. You had no exposure to HIV. Work with your doctor to sort out your swollen lymph node. It can be swollen for many different reasons. But in your case, it is surely not HIV.

Be well.

Thank you so much! So even with the aches and pains going on plus knot in my neck, the doctor thinks it's a lymph node but it's so tiny .. u don't think any of these new symptoms after sex with a condom is caused by HIV?? I'm worried sick!
Also my ears been hurting like there trying to drain something ? Do this seem like HIV with everything I have mentioned?
Wasn't this question been addressed before?

You were NOT EXPOSED to HIV. How can you suffer from something that you don't have?. Your anxiety is getting the best of you, and it's not healthy. If you can't accept this, then there's nothing much we can do. Everybody has nodes, if you keep pinching and prodding, you will definitely find it. Keep pinching, and they're going to swell up and it will add on to your anxiety.

Put this episode behind you and move on. You had no risk and don't need to worry about HIV.
