HIV Scare
Dear all,
I had very scary experience recently.
I engaged mutual masturbation with a guy I met in a gay pub.
we both came almost the same time. Only touching the scrotum of each other.
He used a his T-shirt to wipe off his sperm from his penis and hand. Soon after him, I used the same T shirt to clean my penis and hand. I was little drunk so I did not see the risk I was taking.
Since my wife is pregnant 2 months-I'm very scared now if I contracted HIV with this stupid decision.
I remember the T-shirt was still very wet when I used it. If any of his sperm touch my penis head or went in to my urethra, will it cause HIV inspection?
Do I need to test?

The exposure was about 3 weeks ago and during last week, I had head aches, post nasal drip, stiff neck/some lymph node swelling in the back of the neck etc. Could this be related to HIV inspection? Have ever seen somebody inspected with indirect methods such as hand to genital or blood splash on a open cut etc?

You never had an exposure.
HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.
HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child
