I was just worried about the Rashes and fever which i got exactly after 10 days of encounter.. so i was asking can HIV symptoms can occur as early as 10 days. the ans can give me relief.

Oral sex is not a way to acquire HIV. So, you don't have a risk of getting HIV through this encounter. And your symptoms are not worrisome of HIV. Just relax. You are HIV free.
My Exposure was to have a oral sex with a prostitutes close mouth kissing
and kissing vagina for brief period of 5-6 seconds i didn't came in contact with any liquids. though i had rashes on chest immediately after 10 days followed with light fever of 37.5 with no other symptoms like sore throat, enlarge lymph nodes, so i asked the question.
