HIV TEST

Hi good day Doc, i would like to inquire about the test that i have done. I had an exposure last december 20, 2013 then only this month March 25, 2014 I done the HIV Ag/Ab Combo test and it turned out negative but still my anxiety remains because a couple of years ago i was tested positive in Hepa b. My question is does my being hepa b positive will likely turn my test recently in HIV a false negative (even if it is already 3 months after exposure)? I'm so scared and I keep on searching regarding on this but can't find any reliable answers.

Hope you can help me on this matter.

You had no risk, so you don't need to test.

What i mean is unprotected oral and protected anal. I was the one who is insertive. And just today I went to the clinic to have a for HCV and the result will be release tomorrow. How likely will be the result of my HCV test? Do I need to do again an HIV test after 3 months?
